Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Omnigood Store. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a transparent experience with your purchases.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Items that show signs of use, alteration, or are missing the original packaging will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Instructions

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

CRITICAL: Please do NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address printed on the shipping label (our fulfillment warehouses). You must contact our support team first to receive the correct US return address.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@omnigoodstore.com.

To process a replacement or refund for damaged items, you must provide clear photos or a short video of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
